Responsibilities

  • Support with all aspects of the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and background/reference checks
  • Use HR software and platforms like Taleo, JobScore, and Oliv to accurately manage, shortlist, and onboard candidates
  • Support HR team with on-boarding and training process of new hires
  • Prepare all paperwork and material for new hire orientations and training packets
  • Manage and update salary increases, status changes, promotions, terminations, or office transitions
  • Attend career fairs or other recruitment events alongside the HR team to seek out new, high-potential candidate

Requirements

  • Eligible majors: Human Resources, Business/Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field of study
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and research skills
  • Ability to use good judgement in sensitive situations
  • Confidence and ability to maintain composure in tough circumstances
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee and potential candidates’ personal information throughout the recruitment process
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • An interest in personality psychology a plus
